Our criminal team has over 20 years experience in advising and representing clients in all aspects of criminal law.  Our breadth of expertise ranges from advice and representation for serious offences such as attempted murder and GBH to more minor offences such as motor offences.

For any person detained at the Police Station in connection with the investigation of any offence, free legal advice is available either from your own Solicitor or the duty Solicitor.  We have a contract with the Criminal Defence Service which enables us to represent eligible clients at public expense (legal aid).

We also provide representation in the Magistrates and Crown Courts for those summonsed for or charged with motor offences. We can assess your circumstances and the incident in question, and advise you on the law, your options and mitigating circumstances.
